Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and improve software and cloud services, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Lead root cause analysis and develop SRE dashboards.
• Automate manual tasks and reduce TOIL through automation solutions.
• Implement and manage monitoring solutions using tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, and Elastic Stack.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth software releases and reliable operations.
• Define and track SRE error budgets and KPIs.
• Proactively identify system anomalies and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate on designing and implementing infrastructure automation, focusing on cloud platforms like AWS and IAC.

Skills Required:

• Experience with .Net, SQL, React, Dynatrace, Solarwinds DPA, AWS, Splunk, Elastic Stack, Python, scripting languages, Ansible Tower, Terraform.
• Strong understanding of SRE principles such as SLO, SLI, and error budgeting.
• Experience in CI/CD practices with tools like Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
• Knowledge of container orchestration, monitoring, observability, and cloud infrastructure automation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
