Sr. Specimen Technician - Hospital - Springfield, MO - Monday-Friday 4:00PM-9:00PM
The Hospital Specimen Associate, Senior is responsible for the preparation of patient’s specimens in a hospital location where either they are working as the sole Hospital Specimen Associate, Senior in a location or as the leader of a Hospital Specimen Associate, Senior work team. The Hospital Specimen Associate, Senior can perform all Hospital Specimen Associate, Senior duties proficiently while managing advanced problem resolution.They are responsible for meticulous customer service skills that include effective communication, collaboration and quality service.
Pay Range: $17.20+ per hour : This position is eligible for a shift differential of 10%
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
