Job Summary -

We are seeking a fully functioning Sales Professional who will plan and execute a moderately complex sales process. The focus is on understanding customer objectives across their full needs spectrum. The Senior Specialty Sales Professional possesses broad knowledge of the customer and leverages business insights to expand relationships. They can articulate the strengths and limitations of assigned Endo products and competitors, maintaining trust and delivering value through established relationships and ongoing interactions.

Scope of Authority - Single territory

Key Accountabilities - key outcomes/deliverables, responsibilities, and % of time

Accountability and Responsibilities

  1. Territory Planning: Establish and maintain call objectives with minimal ASM consultation to ensure proper portfolio balance. Develop and execute a territory business plan.
  2. Pre-call Planning: Create call plans detailing contacts, frequency, and product focus. Develop prescriber plans aligned with the territory business plan.
  3. Sales Call Execution: Use approved promotional materials, employ effective selling techniques, meet performance metrics, and adhere to FDA, PDMA, HPPA, and Endo policies.
  4. Post-call Follow Up: Maintain an updated database documenting sales activities, trends, and territory performance.
  5. Territory Management: Manage sample accountability, complete administrative tasks such as activity reports, expense reports, and communicate with ASM regularly.
  6. Market & Professional Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of healthcare issues, products, and market factors. Participate in training and conferences, understand payer environments, and stay updated on product information.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years’ relevant experience preferred.
  • Biopharmaceutical industry experience required.

Knowledge

  • Understanding of medical, computer, and data analysis issues.

Physical Requirements
