What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and develop a specialty sales team to drive profitable sales growth through effective business and product messaging
- Create and maintain a strategic Area Business Plan while overseeing Individual Territory Plans for team members
- Deploy sales executives strategically across customer accounts to maximize coverage and effectiveness
- Collaborate with various departments to win and maintain business with customers in the area
- Provide coaching and support to sales executives to help them meet sales goals and develop their competencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related medical field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of successful professional sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or consumer healthcare industries
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of building and inspiring high-performance teams
- Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to execute key corporate initiatives
- Willingness to travel 60%+
