What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and develop a specialty sales team to identify opportunities and execute strategies for profitable sales growth
- Create and maintain a strategic Area Business Plan while overseeing Individual Territory Plans for team members
- Deploy sales executives effectively against strategic customer accounts to maximize coverage and call frequency
- Collaborate with various departments to win and maintain business with customers in the area
- Provide coaching and support to sales executives to meet sales goals and develop competencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or related medical field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of successful professional sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of building high-performance teams
- Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to execute key corporate initiatives
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
