What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and develop a specialty sales team to drive profitable sales growth through effective business and product messaging
- Create and oversee a strategic Area Business Plan, ensuring alignment with individual Territory Plans for team members
- Strategically deploy sales executives to maximize customer coverage and optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with various departments to win and maintain business with key customers in the area
- Conduct field visits to coach sales executives and ensure they meet sales goals and competencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related medical field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, ideally within the healthcare industry or consumer healthcare
- At least 5 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of building and inspiring high-performance teams
- Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to execute key corporate initiatives
- Capability to provide corporate-level decision support and strategic planning
