These are supported by Transamerica Corporate, which includes Finance, People and Places, General Counsel, Risk, Internal Audit, Strategy and Development, and Corporate Affairs, which covers Communications, Brand, and Government and Policy Affairs.* Lead projects across the Treasury group as assigned.* Collaborate with leaders and management to implement new policies and procedures.* Share high-level knowledge with others to support further development of the department.* Recommend and lead implementation of process changes to achieve efficiencies through the use of technology.* Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of system enhancements to Treasury-related systems.* Develop and maintain strong business relationships with leaders, management, and cross-functional partners to support business goals and resolve issues effectively.* Act as a process owner, as needed, to ensure strong performance in a control environment.* Serve as a subject matter expert for cash management and daily treasury operations, including the Treasury Workstation, wire systems, funding, short-term investments, efficiency strategies, asset safeguards, and cost minimization.Preferred Qualifications* Banking or insurance industry experience* Understanding of investments and insurance products/premiumsWorking Conditions* Office environment* Occasional travel for business meetings and industry conferences (<10%)* Periods of peak workload may require extended hours*This job description is not a contract of employment nor for any specific job responsibilities.
