Snap Inc is a technology company focused on empowering people through innovative communication tools. We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee our Transparency Reporting (TR) efforts and support regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage calendar and deadlines for all Transparency Reports, including drafting, metrics interpretation, decision‑flows documentation, partner contributions, formal reviews, approvals, and public publishing.
  • Analysis & Adaptation: Track metrics year‑round, assess trends and insights, ensure appropriate data architecture for new products/features, and take action to improve safety.
  • Optimization: Drive continuous improvements and automation of the current TR approach.
  • Regulatory Compliance (20% of the role): Manage new workflow setups for growing obligations, support DSA audits, respond to regulatory RFIs, and assist with other strategic and operational projects.
  • Enablement & Incident Support: Investigate abuse and safety incident reports, take appropriate action per operations policies, and follow through consistently.
Qualifications
  • Ability to coordinate large‑scale and technical projects across multiple teams simultaneously.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels and ability to translate between technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong verbal & written communication.
  • Track record of identifying gaps and solutions via root‑cause analysis, qualitative & quantitative research, and implementing new processes.
  • Strong judgment in complex situations and independent problem‑solving skills.
  • Analytical ability to work with data, basic Excel, and content‑management systems.
  • Understanding and rapid learning of a complex operational safety ecosystem.
  • Passion for Snapchat, online safety, and creativity.
  • Prior experience with tech regulation, transparency reporting, or trust & safety is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation

In the United States, pay ranges are determined by location: Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) $47.11–$70.19 per hour, Zone B $44.71–$66.82 per hour, Zone C $39.90–$59.61 per hour. Position may qualify for RSUs.
