This position is responsible for monitoring security systems, coordinating emergency response, assisting with access control, and ensuring the safety and security of bank personnel, customers, and assets through vigilant surveillance and timely incident response.About This Role:Security Monitoring & SurveillanceMonitor alarm systems, CCTV cameras, and access control systems across multiple FNBO locationsIdentify and assess security threats, suspicious activity, and safety hazards in real-timeRespond promptly to alarm activations and determine appropriate response protocolsMaintain continuous awareness of security incidents and operational status across all monitored facilitiesEmergency Response & CoordinationServe as primary liaison with local emergency services (police, fire, EMS)Coordinate emergency response activities and provide critical information to first respondersExecute emergency notification procedures and escalation protocolsMonitor and track emergency situations until resolutionGuard Force DispatchDispatch security officers to incidents, alarm activations, and service requestsProvide real-time support and guidance to security personnel in the fieldAccess Control AdministrationAssist with processing access control requests and badge activations/deactivationsCoordinate building access for after-hours personnel and vendorsRespond to access-related issuesVendor & Work Order ManagementCoordinate vendor access to facilities for service calls and installationsMonitor vendor activity through surveillance systemsEscalate urgent maintenance issues requiring immediate attentionCommunication & ReportingMaintain professional communication with employees, management, and external partnersPrepare detailed shift reports documenting all activities and incidentsBrief incoming shift personnel on ongoing situations and pending issuesProvide timely updates to management regarding significant eventsMaintain logs and documentation in compliance with regulatory and internal requirementsThe Ideal Candidate for This Role:Required ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED requiredValid Drivers LicenseStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent observational skills and attention to detailStrong decision-making abilities, especially under pressureClear and professional verbal and written communication skillsPreferred ExperienceCollege degree in related field (security management, criminal justice, emergency management, etc.) preferred1-2 years of experience in security operations, dispatch, or related field preferredExperience with security monitoring systems and CCTV operations preferredCandidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Compensation:Compensation range (base pay): $41,116.00-$65,787.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.Work Environment:It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
