Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation, a leading financial services firm, seeks a Senior Specialist, Functional Communications to craft clear, engaging employee communications and help drive engagement across the organization.

You’ll partner with Corporate Affairs and business stakeholders to deliver audience-focused messaging, leverage insights, and explore AI-enabled tools and Socialive for video storytelling to improve how work gets done.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in communications, corporate communications, public relations, marketing, content development, or a related field.
• Experience creating written communications tailored to different audiences, channels, and business needs.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to gather information, align messaging, and support communication objectives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

As a Senior Specialist, Functional Communications, you'll help create communications that inform, engage, and inspire employees while supporting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. You'll partner with colleagues across Corporate Affairs and the business to deliver meaningful employee communications, leverage insights and metrics to improve effectiveness, and explore new tools and technologies that enhance how work gets done.

• Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.


• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
