The Senior Specialist, Business Analyst, Launch Planning serves as a subject matter expert in business analysis and process design for Strategy and Planning and Launch Planning capabilities within the Content Supply Chain Orchestration team. This role applies depth of expertise to shape high-quality requirements, recommend effective approaches, and support consistent execution across business processes and solutions. The position requires strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and process mapping skills in a matrixed environment. The individual is expected to provide advisory support to managers, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders by identifying best-practice approaches, translating requirements into scalable process and solution recommendations, and helping drive execution excellence across launch planning capabilities. Experience with Adobe Workfront is preferred, particularly in workflow, planning, or orchestration use cases. This role will report into the Director, Content Supply Chain Orchestration team.
Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, technology, life sciences, or a related field required. Relevant certifications or equivalent practical experience in business analysis or process improvement preferred.
Business Analysis and Requirements Management Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for Strategy and Planning and Launch Planning solutions. Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, business rules, and functional requirements to support solution design and delivery. Drive high-quality backlog refinement, prioritization input, and scope clarity in partnership with product and technology teams.
Process Design and Continuous Improvement Analyze current-state workflows and identify opportunities to improve planning processes, reduce complexity, and drive standardization across launch planning activities. Document future-state processes, decision points, and dependencies to support scalable and effective business operations. Recommend best-practice process improvements based on business needs, user feedback, and operational insights.
Solution Delivery and Testing Support Drive execution excellence during solution delivery by clarifying requirements, resolving questions, and partnering with delivery teams through design, build, testing, and deployment. Contribute to test planning, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and readiness activities to help ensure solutions meet business expectations. Help monitor adoption, capture feedback, and surface enhancement opportunities following release.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Change Support Provide advisory support to cross-functional stakeholders to align requirements, communicate impacts, and guide adoption of new or enhanced planning capabilities. Prepare clear documentation, communications, and analysis materials that enable informed decisions, effective execution, and consistent ways of working. Support change management activities by helping users understand process changes, new ways of working, and solution capabilities.

The salary range for this role is $117,000.00 - $184,200.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
