Salary: $80,000-$90,000/yr

Role Overview: As a Senior Sous Chef, you will oversee the culinary operations at a high-volume, high-profile corporate dining facility in Boston, MA. Your responsibilities include supervising, preparing, and cooking food, developing menus, and collaborating with the Executive Chef on menu creation and ordering. This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule and a great environment for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Executive Chef in managing costs and expenditures.
2. Help plan and create diverse menus.
3. Produce and execute catering events.
4. Implement new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification with experience.
2. Minimum of 3 years culinary/kitchen management experience.
3. Catering experience is required.
4. Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations is required.
5. Institutional and batch cooking experience is preferred.
6. Knowledge of food trends, quality, sanitation, food costs, and presentation.
7. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, email, and internet.
8. Willingness to participate in patient satisfaction programs.
9. ServSafe certification is highly desirable.
