Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Salesforce SE for the nonprofit segment. The role analyzes customer goals, maps them to Salesforce solutions, and drives technical wins through demos and tailored presentations.

You will respond to RFPs, develop POVs, design innovative platform solutions, and present value-driven demos while coordinating with sales and product teams. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field.
  • 7+ years of professional work experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector or software industry.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile company environment.
  • Previous sales experience preferred.
  • Previous Salesforce Administrator experience preferred.

  • Discover and analyze customer goals, mapping them to the Salesforce solution portfolio.
  • Earn the 'technical win' through compelling demos and presentations.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
  • Research and develop technical Points of View aligned with industry knowledge.

  • Present customized, story-driven demos tied to business value.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the sales team and account contacts.

Required Experience

The typical base salary range for this position is $113,330 - $151,550 annually.

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range for this role in those locations is $124,670 - $166,810 per year. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
