The role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Software Test Engineer to join our team, reporting to the Director of Software Engineering. Your role involves improving software quality through manual and automated testing across the entire software development lifecycle for our mobile apps, firmware, and cloud services. This includes integrating automated tests into development pipelines and establishing efficient bug resolution processes.
You will adopt a holistic approach to software quality, helping shape the testing strategy. This entails testing code changes early and often to enhance quality and reduce development burdens. Success requires strong technical skills and soft skills.
Please note that this is an on-site role, and you must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our San Diego, CA location.
