What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of engineers and administrators to deliver Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize business processes built on Salesforce and MuleSoft
- Architect and deliver Salesforce technologies, ensuring design, implementation, and performance standards
- Oversee day-to-day operations for the Salesforce platform, including change management and incident resolution
- Drive teams to establish key metrics to measure success and assist in planning future capabilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience leading teams and managing direct reports
- Minimum of 10 years as a Salesforce leader managing a team of Salesforce administrators and developers
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platform
- Strong expertise in at least two of the following clouds: Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and Data Cloud

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with HIPAA/HITECH regulations and guidelines for securing ePHI data
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry
