What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of engineers and administrators to deliver Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize business processes built on Salesforce and MuleSoft
- Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure Salesforce technologies
- Oversee day-to-day operations for the Salesforce platform, including change/release management and production incident resolution
- Act as a trusted advisor to understand business challenges and assist in planning future business capabilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience leading teams and/or managing direct reports
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Salesforce leader managing a team of Salesforce administrators and developers
- Strong expertise in at least two of the following clouds: Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and Data Cloud
- Experience managing vendor relationships, including product/service evaluation and contract negotiations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with HIPAA/HITECH regulations and guidelines for securing ePHI data
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry
