The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000 - $375,000, plus bonuses and other benefits. Compensation varies based on location, skills, experience, and education. In addition to base pay, BNSF offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Overview

This is a full-time position emphasizing work-life balance and flexibility.

Role: Identity and Access Management Engineer

Responsibilities include:

1. Design, implement, and maintain IAM systems for secure access.
2. Manage user identities and lifecycle.
3. Automate access management processes.
4. Enforce security policies and controls.
5. Ensure compliance with regulations.
6. Perform audits and monitor IAM systems.
7. Support IAM systems and resolve access issues.
8. Stay updated on emerging technologies.

Basic Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in IAM engineering and delivering solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of IAM systems, cloud services, security protocols, and enterprise RDBMS.
• Experience with architecture, DevOps, automation, and monitoring tools.
• IAM certifications are a plus.
