Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sr Software Engineer with expertise in ServiceNow and SharePoint to join our remote team. The role involves incident resolution, system upgrades, and maintenance management to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

1. Provide on-demand incident resolution and support maintenance requirements.
2. Manage content to ensure Knowledgebase articles accurately reflect appropriate actions for resolution.
3. Analyze incident patterns to provide detailed metrics for evaluation and reduction.
4. Coordinate with stakeholders for system upgrades and vendor support.
5. Implement security modifications to maintain system integrity.
6. Upgrade servers, networks, and configurations to prevent software impairments.

Skills

• Proficiency with ServiceNow and Microsoft SharePoint.
