Job summary

engineeringjobs.net, Inc. is seeking a security-focused software engineer to design, develop, and operate cryptographic services for a large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS platform, including key management, certificate lifecycle, and secrets distribution.

You will apply ML techniques to detect cryptographic misuse, collaborate across teams, and contribute to secure design, code reviews, deployment, and incident response.

Qualifications

• 4 years+ professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Go, or equivalent OO language with production-scale expertise.
• Hands-on Kubernetes service operations.
• Strong understanding of cryptographic fundamentals, distributed systems, secure coding, and software design.
• Experience with cryptography systems, applied ML/AI, backend services, or regulated environments is a plus.

Requirements

Requires at least four years of professional software engineering experience, production-scale proficiency in Java, Go, or an equivalent object-oriented language, and hands-on Kubernetes service operations. Candidates should understand cryptographic fundamentals, distributed systems, secure coding, and software design; experience with cryptography systems, applied ML/AI, backend services, or regulated environments is an additional qualification.
