Job summary

C5i is seeking an experienced O9 / IBP Functional Consultant to optimize supply chain planning, IBP/S&OP, and the o9 platform. The candidate will bridge business requirements with o9 capabilities and support adoption across the organization.

The role emphasizes configuring planning modules, validating outputs, and driving value through robust governance, testing, and deployment support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, supply planning, or IBP/S&OP.
• Hands-on experience with o9 Solutions / o9 Digital Brain, including module configuration and planning process setup.
• Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts: demand forecasting, inventory optimization, capacity planning, S&OP mechanics.
• Strong knowledge of o9 data models, planning workflows, constraint management, and business rules configuration.
• Experience with SIT/UAT execution, functional testing, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Define, configure, and optimize Supply Planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP/S&OP) workflows within o9 Solutions.
• Support the full planning cycle including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and sales & operations planning.
• Configure o9 planning modules, parameters, and business rules to meet organizational requirements.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, validate planning logic, and optimize planning algorithms.
• Maintain and enhance planning models, including constraint management and scenario modeling.
• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand planning requirements, workflows, and constraints.
• Conduct discovery sessions and document business requirements for planning scenarios and optimization strategies.
• Provide user training and change management support to drive adoption and business value realization.
• Monitor and validate planning outputs, forecasts, and recommendations for accuracy and business logic.
• Perform root-cause analysis on planning anomalies and implement corrective actions.
• Establish planning governance, KPIs, and reporting to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement.
• Lead functional testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Support production deployments and cutover activities with functional validation and sign-off.

We are seeking an experienced O9 / IBP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in supply chain planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and S&OP processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience configuring and supporting o9 Solutions, with a strong ability to bridge business requirements and platform capabilities. This role focuses on optimizing planning processes, supporting user adoption, and driving business value through effective o9 implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Planning & IBP Process Support
• Define, configure, and optimize Supply Planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP/S&OP) workflows within o9 Solutions.
• Support the full planning cycle including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and sales & operations planning.
• Functional Configuration & Troubleshooting

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, supply planning, or integrated business planning (IBP/S&OP).
• Hands-on experience with o9 Solutions / o9 Digital Brain, including module configuration and planning process setup.
• Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts: demand forecasting, inventory optimization, capacity planning, supply-demand balancing, and S&OP mechanics.
• Strong knowledge of o9 data models, planning workflows, constraint management, and business rules configuration.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and understanding of planning data flows between ERP and o9.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Experience with SIT/UAT execution, functional testing, and production support.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• o9 Solutions certification or advanced training.
• Experience implementing o9 in large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with advanced planning optimization techniques and statistical forecasting methods.
• Project management experience or PRINCE2/PMP certification.
• Experience in specific industries such as manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
