Job summary

TechTriad is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team building cloud-native systems for real-time payment processing. You will be a hands-on Java engineer with strong AWS, Spring Boot, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications, building APIs and distributed services on AWS, and driving CI/CD pipelines with Terraform. Travel up to 10% between NYC and NC offices may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Java software development experience.
• Strong Spring / Spring Boot experience.
• Expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architectures.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

• Strong understanding of scalability, availability, security, and resiliency.
