As Senior Software Engineer II, you will support the operational sustainment and maintenance of the government customer’s fielded capabilities, including software, models, algorithms, interfaces, integrations, Kubernetes environments, host software, database management, testing, security patching, and M&S DevSecOps Platform.

What you’ll do:

1. Ensure legacy operational sustainment of all training, simulation, and stimulation artifacts.
2. Design and support legacy ASCCE and Federation fielding and integration.
3. Support transition engineering for all attributes marked for transition.

What you’ll need to succeed:

1. Must have an active DoD SECRET Clearance.
2. 7+ years of experience in software development with languages like C++ and Python, focusing on simulation frameworks such as AFSIM.
3. Experience in building and integrating web services, database systems, and web applications.
4. Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and RESTful architectures.

SALARY RANGE: $120,000 - $191,000

The final salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience, considering factors such as professional background, responsibilities, internal equity, and organizational needs. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses, training, and certifications.
