We're looking for an engineer who thinks in systems, leads with vision, and sees AI as a force multiplier for everything we build and ship. As part of our Build and Release Management team, you’ll own the future of how Cboe tests and delivers software—defining where our engineering practice is headed, architecting a next‑generation CI/CD pipeline, and embedding AI across the DevOps lifecycle.
At the heart of this role is Cboe Titanium (Cboe Ti), our high‑performance, globally consistent and locally optimized exchange platform designed to support Cboe's trading operations across options, futures, and equities markets worldwide. You’ll shape how Cboe Ti is built, tested, and released to meet the exacting demands of global markets with speed, precision, and reliability.
This is a hands‑on, highly technical role focused on managing the software build process, overseeing build/test environments, developing and supporting testing tools, and ensuring our weekly release process is successful. You’ll set the standard for reliability in microseconds and releases that happen every week.

At Cboe, we are committed to providing a competitive, transparent, and market‑informed total rewards program. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $110,500–$143,000, with actual compensation determined by job‑related factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal alignment, and location.
This role may also be eligible for annual incentive compensation and, where applicable, participation in Cboe’s long‑term equity programs.
