Expect to gain cutting edge real-world software engineering experience, across multiple software languages, working with our engineers in small teams in a start-up like environment.

What You’ll Contribute
  • Design, implement, and support high-performance, low-latency services across Java, C++, Groovy, and Python, optimizing for throughput and reliability in B2B Scores projects serving both internal and external clients.
  • Lead cloud architecture and DevOps strategy using AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Load Balancers), containerize applications via Docker, and manage Kubernetes clusters to ensure scalability and operational excellence in demanding environments.
  • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, design collaboration, and hands-on project ownership, while ensuring quality on-time delivery of complex, mission-critical solutions.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Analytics, Data, and Product Management teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Use approved AI coding assistants for routine work — scaffolding, test generation, refactors, cross-language ports across Java/C++/Groovy/Python, and first-pass documentation.
What We’re Seeking

  • Experience in AI Prompt engineering and ability to work with LLMs like Claude Code.
  • Skilled software architect with experience in modern design principles: MVC framework, abstract factory, design patterns, class diagrams and ER diagrams.
  • Proficient in development and deployment of software solutions within software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process.
  • Strong knowledge of database concepts and programming including use of SQL /Postgres DB and SQL/No SQL queries.
  • Experience with source version control systems (GIT, BitBucket).
  • Experience in maintaining and upgrading of product source code.
  • Experience writing product specifications and documenting product features and presenting them to an audience.
  • Experience with Agile, test-driven development (TDD), and test automation a plus.
