The Sr. LIMS Software Engineer is responsible for designing, coding, testing, reviewing, maintaining, and developing Medline’s STARLIMS LIMS application. This includes implementing new features, managing change controls, and fixing bugs or errors within the STARLIMS Application. The engineer will evaluate how LIMS can be improved, streamlined, and integrated with other software, services, and solutions. Effective communication and collaboration with LIMS stakeholders, IT teams, and other cross-functional lab teams are essential, both in layman and technical terms.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range is $132,600.00 - $199,160.00 annually, with actual salary based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. The role is bonus and incentive eligible.
