Eliassen Group is seeking a software engineer to join an agentic AI development team in Greenwood Village, CO. The role focuses on building full-stack services and data exchange between server and user-facing applications in a hybrid environment.

Hybrid 4 onsite / 1 work from home in Greenwood Village, CO

Data driven decision-making is a core tenant of our client, and this agentic AI development team enables this process. This team oversees an internally developed Generative AI enablement platform that enables employees to leverage AI capabilities to enhance productivity. This role will focus on building full stack services and managing data exchange between the server and user-facing applications. Responsibilities include development of back-end logic, definition and maintenance of the database, and maintaining performance, quality, and responsiveness. You will work closely with front-end developers to implement their components into the application.

Rate: $70.00 to $77.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Python, Node.js, and its ecosystem.

Experience Requirements:

• Deep understanding of Node.js, including packages and ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with automated unit testing and testing platforms.
• Experience with OpenAI integrations and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP Protocol familiarity, AWS Agent Core, and ADKs.
• Extensive experience with AWS services.
• Thorough understanding of Git.
• Proven experience with agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Education Requirements:
