• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver impactful features.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend tools or frameworks to enhance development processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development lifecycle, including testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies.
