The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$375,000 plus bonus eligibility and other elements of our total rewards package. The range represents the amount BNSF | Tech reasonably expects to pay for the position based on the role's level, scope, and responsibilities. Individual compensation and level of position offered are determined by the hiring location and other factors including skills, experience, and education. In addition to base pay, BNSF offers a comprehensive benefits package.
