The Sr. Software Developer (Salesforce) designs, develops, and supports scalable Salesforce solutions that enable critical business processes and enterprise initiatives. This role partners with business and technical teams to translate requirements into secure, high-performing applications, integrations, and automated workflows. The position requires strong Salesforce development expertise, solution design skills, and the ability to independently deliver reliable, maintainable solutions in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications, workflows, integrations, and platform components.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Lead technical delivery from design through deployment while ensuring security, performance, and maintainability.
Serve as a senior technical resource for complex development and production support issues.
Build and maintain integrations with MuleSoft, Heroku microservices, legacy systems, and third‑party platforms.
Develop and support REST/SOAP APIs, event‑driven integrations, and asynchronous processing solutions.
Implement monitoring, error handling, and data security controls to ensure reliable data exchange.
Design and maintain data models supporting loan origination, underwriting, and credit operations.
Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
Support data migrations, lifecycle management, reporting, and operational analytics.
Partner with Business Systems Analysts, Product Owners, architects, and development teams to define and deliver solutions.
Support API design, data integration strategies, and system connectivity requirements.
Participate in design reviews and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and standards.
