Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. Software Developer (Salesforce) to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions that enable critical business processes.

You will translate requirements into secure, high‑performing apps, integrations, and automated workflows, partnering with business and tech teams. You will lead delivery from design to deployment, oversee data governance, and implement secure integration patterns with MuleSoft, Heroku, and external platforms.

The Sr. Software Developer (Salesforce) designs, develops, and supports scalable Salesforce solutions that enable critical business processes and enterprise initiatives. This role partners with business and technical teams to translate requirements into secure, high‑performing applications, integrations, and automated workflows.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Salesforce Solution Design & Development
• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications, workflows, integrations, and platform components.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead technical delivery from design through deployment while ensuring security, performance, and maintainability.
• Serve as a senior technical resource for complex development and production support issues.
• System Integrations & APIs
• Build and maintain integrations with MuleSoft, Heroku microservices, legacy systems, and third‑party platforms.
• Develop and support REST/SOAP APIs, event‑driven integrations, and asynchronous processing solutions.
• Implement monitoring, error handling, and data security controls to ensure reliable data exchange.
• Data Management & Governance
• Design and maintain data models supporting loan origination, underwriting, and credit operations.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Support data migrations, lifecycle management, reporting, and operational analytics.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Business Systems Analysts, Product Owners, architects, and development teams to define and deliver solutions.
• Support API design, data integration strategies, and system connectivity requirements.
• Participate in design reviews and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and standards.

What You Will Bring To The Role

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Expert knowledge of Apex, Flow, Salesforce customization, and system integrations.
• Experience building scalable, high‑volume applications and APIs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and secure application development.
• Preferred: Financial Services Cloud, Automotive Cloud, lending/underwriting platforms, Salesforce certifications, and experience in regulated financial services environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
