The Sr. Software Configuration Analyst is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing generation‑related corporate vendor software solutions, including Commercial Off‑The‑Shelf (COTS) applications such as ServiceNow. This role includes making key architectural decisions, enhancing solution performance, and ensuring seamless integration with business processes. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential to guide best‑practice adoption and continuously improve overall software quality.
