We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Sr. Site Reliability Automation Engineer to join our Technology team. This role is located in [CITY].

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Design and implement automation platforms supporting self‑healing and auto‑remediation frameworks.
• Develop backend services and automation tools primarily in Python and Go.
• Build and maintain monitoring using Monitoring‑as‑a‑Code practices.
• Manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 8‑10 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
• Strong programming experience in Python or Go.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems and distributed systems architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, including MS Azure and Private Cloud.
• Experience defining and maintaining SLOs and error budgets.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of databases and messaging systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, SQS).
• Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
