KCI's Site/Civil Land Development Practice is seeking a Sr. Project Manager in Rock Hill, SC or surrounding areas servicing private clients. The preferred candidate is a skilled project manager with 10 years of experience managing civil land development projects.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in civil land development projects.
• Experience leading a team of engineers and planners.
• Project management experience required, with experience in managing and growing a design team preferred.
• Experience in developing and managing large private projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• Proposal preparation including scope, schedule, and fee estimation. Contract management and billing.
• Strong civil land development design knowledge required.
• Professional Engineering License or Landscape Architecture License required.
• Ability to prepare technical proposals, assemble teams, and develop client relationships.
• Experience in staff training and development.
• Responsibility for project delivery, including coordination of multiple design disciplines.
• Oversight of plan preparation, technical specifications, quantity takeoffs, and construction estimates.
• Existing local client contacts and ability to generate new business preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• PE license required.
