• Competitive Pay- Our pay structure includes an hourly base rate of $14.00 / hour for a Sr. Shift Leader and is combined with hourly tips. The yearly average for hourly tips at this location is an additional $5-$7 per hour. (Please note tips are not guaranteed)

As a Sr. Shift Leader, you’ll be responsible for helping to create an exceptional environment for both team members and customers. You’ll play an essential role, working closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer service and manage ordering and inventory.

• Provide outstanding leadership to help manage and grow your team

What We're Looking For

• Experience with placing orders in a high volume environment
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior food service experience (preferred, but not required!)
