Job summary

MiniMed seeks an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and integration of Salesforce applications. You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions and mentor junior developers.

You will work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud, build custom objects, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize performance and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2 years of experience.
• Must have: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
• Nice to have: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, web development technologies, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex Salesforce applications, including custom objects, fields, workflows, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.
• Develop and implement advanced Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Oversee the development of Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components, and integrate external systems using Salesforce APIs.
• Architect and design robust Salesforce solutions that align with best practices and business needs.
• Review and optimize existing code, ensuring performance, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce development standards.
• Create technical design documents and architectural diagrams to support development and implementation efforts.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, including complex code problems and system errors.
• Collaborate with Salesforce support and other teams to address and resolve technical challenges.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce customizations, configurations, and development processes.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance policies, and continuously improve development practices.
• Assist production support teams for escalated incident resolution.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.

Compensation

Salary range for U.S. (excl. PR) locations: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00.
