Job summary

Tecla is hiring a Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant to lead Data Cloud implementations, including ingestion, harmonisation, identity resolution, segmentation and activation. You will own technical decisions across multiple engagements, working client‑facing in a full-time, fully remote capacity.

You will design data models, configure data ingestion, and build identity resolution rules, with exposure to BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks. Strong SQL and data modelling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CDP, data engineering or Salesforce data architecture, with 1+ years hands-on Data Cloud.
• Strong SQL and data modelling fundamentals.
• Practical identity resolution and data quality experience on real customer data.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce core objects and how they map into Data Cloud.
• Ability to explain data architecture decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design the Data Cloud data model: data streams, data lake objects, data model objects, and mapping to the canonical model.
• Configure ingestion from Salesforce core, cloud storage, warehouses and streaming sources.
• Build and tune identity resolution rulesets, reconciliation rules and unified profiles.
• Create calculated insights, segments and activation targets across marketing, service and sales channels.
• Implement zero copy and federated access patterns with BigQuery, Snowflake or Databricks where applicable.
• Support Agentforce use cases with grounded, governed data.
• Advise on consumption, credit usage and cost control.
• Produce solution architecture documentation and lead client design reviews.

Monthly salary: $3,800 - $4,500 USD

Along with our partner, we are seeking a Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant. You will lead Data Cloud implementations covering ingestion, harmonisation, identity resolution, segmentation and activation, including the data foundation for Agentforce. This role is full time and client facing. You will work across multiple concurrent engagements with direct exposure to client stakeholders, and you will be expected to own technical decisions rather than wait to be told what to build.
