What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales bookings contributing to revenue growth across assigned products, focusing on ServiceNow products and consulting services
- Develop and maintain accurate Account Plans and manage client relationships
- Collaborate with business partners to build relationships and drive closed sales
- Maintain accurate sales reporting information in Salesforce, following the employer’s sales processes
- Work alongside sales leadership to develop, sell, and contract products and solutions that meet client requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of sales or sales solutioning experience at a large, global organization
- Experience in Corporate Real Estate services and technologies, particularly with IWMS, EAM, and CMMS solutions
- Proven track record of developing opportunities and closing new business or expansion sales
- Strong influential skills with the ability to work across diverse stakeholders
- Ability to achieve credibility and present ideas that create value to clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in selling ServiceNow WSD, EAM, and/or other Customer Workflows solutions
- Demonstrated success in growing relationships at the executive level
- Experience with structured sales processes and tools such as Miller Heiman and Salesforce
- Understanding of the market of Corporate Real Estate Technologies, particularly IWMS solutions
- Ability to thrive in a complex, multi-faceted organization with multiple stakeholders
