What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, promote, and sell Payment Integrity solutions to assigned payers and health plans using consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with growth and regional market teams to develop strategies for new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key functional areas and assigned accounts
- Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows to market services and develop new leads
- Utilize Salesforce for opportunity tracking, reporting, and territory planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of sales development experience targeting decision-makers and economic buyers
- 5+ years of experience selling to payer clients in the healthcare industry
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas through multi-million dollar contract closures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in the health insurance or healthcare industry
- Experience selling Payment Integrity and/or Cost Management products and services to health plans
- Proven ability to navigate complex, matrix environments with high collaboration
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
