Job summary

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, seeks a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams from Sales to Quality, ensuring timely resources and monitoring program performance with KPIs such as PPM and margin. You will guide a team of direct reports, manage reviews, and maintain strong customer relationships while championing continuous improvement.

You will drive Engineering Change Management, ensure documentation continuity, and promote productivity ideas in a high-ethics,

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, DOE, functional analysis).
  • Master Faurecia Program Management System or PM knowledge in a matrix organization.
  • English fluent; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization with a cooperative approach.
  • International mindset with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure resources are provided in time from Sales, Controlling, Costing, Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering.
  • Manage program performance using indicators like PPM, scrap, and operating margin.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of direct reports; track performance.
  • Maintain relationships with Operations and convergence plan targets.
  • Cascade program objectives across functions and act as the customer-facing Faurecia representative.
  • Apply Engineering Change Management and ensure documentation continuity across customers, suppliers, R&D, and plants.
  • Promote productivity ideas and ensure compliance with quality systems, HSE, and regulations.
  • Share best practices and adhere to ethics and environmental policies.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities
  • Ensure the necessary resources are provided in due time from the different functions (Sales, Controlling, Costing, Plant Purchasing, Quality, Product & Process Engineering…)
  • Manage serial life program performance through indicators (Customer PPM, Scrap, Operating Margin…)
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of direct reports.
  • Direct report performance tracking and reviews
  • Initiate and maintain a strong relationship with Operations and manage convergence plan to achieve the targets
  • Cascade Program objectives onto the functions
  • Act as official Faurecia Program representative towards the customer
  • Apply Engineering Change Management process
  • Ensure a permanent reservoir of productivity ideas
  • Ensure program documentation organization for data continuity between customers, suppliers, R&D centers and Plants
  • Organize communication throughout the program life including confidentiality management
  • Ensure that the functions use the Faurecia standard tools
  • Ensure compliance of Programs with Customer Quality systems, HSE, Safety and Regulation standards
  • Propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction
  • Capitalize on knowledge and share best practices / lessons learned across organization and within the site

Education / Experience
  • Master's degree in engineering or in business administration
  • Experience in Design & Development or in Industrial Operations in Automotive sector
  • Seniority: 6 experience years minimum
