Job summary

Carrier, Fort Worth manufacturing facility, seeks a Senior Scheduling Manager to lead production planning and scheduling. Drive demand-capacity balance and inventory optimization while guiding the SIOP/S&OP process and mid-term planning.

You will lead the scheduling team, collaborate with Production, Materials and Commercial to execute the plan and optimize service levels. 8+ years in planning with leadership experience required; APICS CPIM preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years in production planning/scheduling with 3+ years leading teams.
  • APICS CPIM certification preferred.
  • Experience in high-growth or fast-paced manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience owning SIOP/S&OP and mid-term capacity planning.
  • Proficient with MRP, ERP and advanced planning systems.
