Summary:
The Sr Scheduling Capacity Analyst is responsible for strategic template design and optimization using industry-standard best practices for building, maintaining, modifying, and oversight of scheduling templates, visit types, visit type modifiers, template slot blocks, decision trees, and reporting tools. Engages with department leadership across the enterprise to accelerate scheduling workflow, access, and capacity-related improvements in the ambulatory setting. Responsible for meeting the scheduling and capacity goals and targets set by executive leaders. The Sr Scheduling Capacity Analyst will often function in a job-related project manager role and is accountable for many large-scale projects and initiatives and works well with senior leadership to ensure the timely completion of these projects.
Responsibilities:
WORK EXPERIENCE
* At least 6 years related experience Required
* At least 3 years Epic Scheduling workflow analysis, Epic reporting, editing scheduling template and project management experience Required
EDUCATION
* Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Required
* Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience Preferred
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
* Epic Cadence Upon Hire Required
