Job summary

Valce Talent Solutions is seeking a Sr. SAP TM professional to lead SAP Transportation Management initiatives in a US-based setting.

The candidate should have 8–10 years of SAP TM experience, preferably within SAP S/4HANA environments, and the ability to manage end-to-end implementations. You will design, configure, test, and deploy TM solutions, support SIT/UAT, and handle integration and production issues while collaborating closely with customers on requirements, workshops, and cutovers.

Qualifications

• Experience with at least one end-to-end SAP TM implementation or major rollout is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, and logistics business processes.
• Strong understanding of Order-Based Transportation Requirements (OTR) and Delivery-Based Transportation Requirements (DTR).
• Configure transportation networks, locations, routes, resources, equipment, planning profiles, and related master data.
• Strong SAP integration and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to independently handle requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and production issues.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Participate in solution design, requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, functional specifications, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, production deployment, and hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP TM design and configuration for client projects.
• Coordinate integration and testing with SAP modules and external systems.
• Provide SIT/UAT support and post go-live hypercare.
• Engage with customers to capture requirements and drive fit-gap analyses.
