The intern will engage in developing project design deliverables and managing engineering systems. Candidates should be undergraduates in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and 12 weeks of availability. This role offers the chance to learn about project management practices and technical solutions across various engineering functions.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP TM solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments. This role will partner with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable transportation management solutions that enhance logistics execution, transportation planning, freight management, settlement processing, and overall supply chain efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP TM, strong SAP S/4HANA integration experience, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions. This individual will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, resolving complex production issues, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
• Design and implement SAP TM solutions aligned with business and supply chain requirements.
• Develop scalable transportation management processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define future-state solutions and roadmaps.
Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Engagement
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with business users and functional teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
SAP TM Configuration & Implementation
• Configure SAP Transportation Management modules to support transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, and logistics operations.
• Lead and support end-to-end implementation activities, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
SAP S/4HANA Integration
• Integrate SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA and related supply chain applications.
• Ensure reliable and efficient data flow across transportation, logistics, warehouse, and enterprise systems.
Testing & Quality Assurance
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing strategies.
• Validate business requirements and ensure successful solution deployment.
Production Support & Troubleshooting
• Analyze and resolve complex functional and technical issues.
• Support business users during post-go-live and ongoing operations.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to optimize transportation processes and improve system performance.
• Recommend and implement enhancements that drive operational efficiency and user adoption.
Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing
• Mentor junior consultants and team members.
• Promote SAP TM best practices and contribute to organizational knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications
• 9-12 years of SAP experience with significant hands-on expertise in SAP Transportation Management.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting SAP TM solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA integration experience.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable system solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• SAP TM Certification preferred.
• Experience leading SAP TM implementations for large enterprise organizations.
• Experience supporting transportation, logistics, freight management, and supply chain operations.
• Consulting and client-facing experience.
