Job summary
Motion Recruitment is seeking a Sr. SAP FICO Functional Analyst for a full-time role supporting a complex manufacturing environment. You will personally configure and support Product Costing, Material Ledger, Actual Costing and production/process-order accounting in SAP S/4HANA.
Locations include Durham, NC; Wilmington, NC; and Charleston, SC, with relocation support available.
Qualifications
- Hands-on configuration of Product Costing/CO-PC.
- Experience with Material Ledger and Actual Costing, incl. month-end close.
- S/4HANA account-based Margin Analysis experience.
- Production/process-order accounting with WIP, variances, settlements.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements through configuration, testing, deployment and stabilization.
- Configure and support Product Costing, CO-PC, Material Ledger, Actual Costing.
- Troubleshoot month-end close issues.

We’re hiring a Sr. SAP FICO Functional Analyst for a full-time opportunity supporting a complex manufacturing environment.
This is a hands‑on SAP FICO role for someone who has personally configured and supported Product Costing, Material Ledger, Actual Costing, and production/process-order accounting in SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong SAP FICO experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands‑on Product Costing / CO-PC configuration
- Material Ledger and Actual Costing experience, including month‑end close and troubleshooting
- S/4HANA account‑based Margin Analysis experience
- Production/process‑order accounting experience with WIP, variance calculation and settlement
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, CMO/CDMO, or other complex manufacturing is highly relevant
- Ability to take work from requirements through configuration, testing, deployment and stabilization
