Responsibilities
- Enable Aura Framework by adding Aura Attributes and Aura Handlers for Events to focus on Logic and Interactions in Lightning Applications.
- Execute release management and deployment using deployment processes and tools.
- Manage Version management, CI/CD using tools such as Bitbucket, Git, and Bamboo.
- Manage agile stories in JIRA.
- Use Salesforce integration patterns, best practices, and capabilities including APIs, security, authentication, SSO, etc., in Salesforce applications.
- Perform application development using Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce Pages, Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Indexes, Locks, Web Services, Components, Tabs, Apex Web services, Custom Objects, Reports, Dashboards, Profiles, Roles, Page Layouts, Sharing rules, Work Flows.
- Interact with business user groups to gather requirements and document Business and Software Requirements.
- Manage teams of developers, conduct code reviews, capacity management, and design reviews.
- Customize email templates, approval processes, page layouts, and approval actions.
- Design and develop Processes, Flows, Workflows, Business Processes, Apex Classes, Controllers, and Triggers.
- Use SOQL & SOSL for data manipulation and automation.
- Create page layouts, search layouts, and organize fields and components on record pages.
- Design, implement, and deploy Custom objects, Page layouts, Tabs, and Components.
- Create Custom Objects, Labels, Validation rules, Record types, Tabs, and lookup filters.
- Implement pick lists, dependent pick lists, lookups, relationships, validation, and formula fields.
- Create profiles and implement Object and Field Level Security.
- Implement Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, and manual case entry.
- Implement Web Chat for customer interaction.
- Customize service console with features like pinned lists, related records, Macros, Quick Text, and soft phone.
- Develop Reports & Dashboards based on customer needs.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field and related work experience.
