Job summary

SA Technologies is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer to join our Hybrid team in Mumbai/Bangalore. The role requires 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and consultancy, including integration work with REST/SOAP APIs and Snowflake.

You will drive design, implement scalable Salesforce solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver reliable deployments and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development, architecture, and consultancy experience.
• Experience with Snowflake as an enterprise cloud data platform.
• Current Salesforce certifications demonstrating advanced technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Assess business objectives and craft scalable technical solutions across the Salesforce lifecycle.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design data flows between Salesforce and data platforms like Snowflake; support ETL/ELT and reporting.
• Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver high-quality, reliable deployments.

Role:Sr.Salesforce Developer
Location: Mumbai, Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid(3Days)
Experience: 6+yrs

• Deep experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  
• Proven track record assessing business objectives and crafting technical solutions, with a solid understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and CI/CD practices.
  
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.
  
• Experience designing and supporting integrations between Salesforce and enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, including data ingestion, transformation, synchronization, and reporting use cases.
  
• Strong understanding of data architecture concepts, including data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, data governance, and data security best practices.
  
• Extensive hands-on experience in configuration and customization of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on scalable and maintainable development.
  
• 5+ years of experience working within deployment teams, ideally utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, including custom development, large data volumes, and performance optimization.
  
• Ability to connect business processes to technical solutions, bridging gaps between functional requirements and technical implementation.
  
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
  
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Architect track, Developer (PD1/PD2), Platform App Builder, or relevant cloud-specific certifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  
• At least 5 years of hands‑on Salesforce development, architecture, and consultancy experience.
  
• Experience working with Snowflake as an enterprise cloud data platform, including data modeling, SQL development, performance optimization, and integration architecture.
  
• Relevant current Salesforce certifications demonstrating advanced technical expertise.
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including custom development, integrations, data migration, and security model.
  
• Experience working in Agile environments with experience in automation, build tools, and version control.
  
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently deliver complex solutions.
  
• Preferred experience with modern data and integration ecosystems including Snowflake, Databricks, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar cloud-based technologies.
