Role Overview
We seek a Sr. Salesforce Architect passionate about building scalable Salesforce applications and integrations. You will develop technical solutions leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams to implement scalable solutions using Salesforce technologies.
2. Ensure Salesforce configuration supports business needs and manage enhancements.
3. Oversee Salesforce Health Cloud operations, including maintenance, configuration, and training.
4. Design and implement solutions satisfying functional and non-functional requirements.
5. Manage Salesforce permission models and enforce development lifecycle best practices.
6. Project management and stakeholder communication.
7. Stay current with Salesforce releases and third-party applications.
8. Establish best practices and governance for Salesforce solutions.
9. Improve processes and productivity through Salesforce.
10. Oversee integrations and mentor Salesforce team members.
11. Manage the Salesforce Administrator for Health Cloud.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with 10+ in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, documentation, and project management skills.
• Salesforce Certifications: Application Architect and/or System Architect; Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I.
• Experience managing offshore teams and external vendors.
• Leadership in agile environments and experience with Salesforce integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Additional Salesforce certifications (Data Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect, etc.).
• Experience with Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency with deployment tools like Flosum and data management tools.
• Creative thinking and strategic vision.

• Salary range: $102,000 - $145,000/year, based on experience and location.
