Job description

• 8+ years on the Salesforce platform, with 5+ years in a solution or technical architecture role on large, complex enterprise implementations.
• Demonstrated hands-on depth across CPQ; Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, and Salesforce REST/SOAP and platform-event APIs.
• Strong data architecture and modeling skills, and a deep command of the Salesforce sharing and visibility (security) model.
• Experience establishing governance, release management, and multi-environment / deployment strategy.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and mentoring skills; able to influence both technical teams and executives.
• Familiarity with Agentforce / Einstein AI and Data Cloud, and how they extend revenue and service workflows.
• Integration experience using middleware and direct API integration to ERP, payment, and tax systems, with secure connectivity patterns.
