Salesforce Solution Specialist
Architect – LSH Architect
Minimum 10X Certified with at least 2 Architect and App Builder Certifications is a must

1. 10+ years of experience delivering large scale multi-million dollar solutions and strategies working with Big 4 SIs
2. Must have 8-12 years' experience in Salesforce Architecture, working for major F500 company, Big 4, or major SI consulting practice implementing at least 5 large Salesforce projects
3. Must have an expert level understanding and 10+ years of directly working with the Salesforce product suite, preferably from Health Cloud, Sales, Service, Community Experience (bare minimum 3 cloud expertise required)
4. 10+ years Salesforce business process design and rules configuration
5. Must have extensive knowledge with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
6. 10+ years multi-tier architecture design for scalable solutions with manufacturing and billing systems
7. 8+ years Integration architecture and tools experience - real-time APIs and ETL - tools such as SAP PIPO, Mulesoft and Salesforce Connect; knowledge of Salesforce platform events and integration with ESBs (e.g. SAP)
8. Should have rich client experience and should have been in client-facing roles
9. Expertise in full Salesforce application lifecycle development, including solutioning, planning, development, testing, environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
10. Must have an expert level of knowledge in configuration as well as in declarative customization and APEX development
11. Expertise with Salesforce and enterprise architecture best practices design - weighing balance between configuration, customization, use of managed packages, app exchange apps, accelerators, and connectors
12. Must have extensive experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce
13. Must have a proven desire to continue to grow their knowledge inside the Salesforce ecosystem
14. Must have extensive experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL)
