Job summary

V Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to translate business requirements into scalable, robust designs across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions.

You will lead end-to-end technical design and define patterns for integrations, data models, and security, while guiding development teams and ensuring governance. The role requires extensive Salesforce experience, strong Apex/LWC expertise, and relevant certifications (PDI/PDII, CTA preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Experience with complex data modeling, security design, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools, CI/CD, version control, and release management.
• Salesforce Developer Certifications (PDI/PDII).
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, System Architect credentials highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural standards, integration patterns, and best practices for Salesforce and related systems.
• Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flow, Visualforce and SOQL/SOSL and Omnistudio components.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs aligned with platform capabilities and enterprise architecture.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams, review code, and ensure adherence to design principles and security standards.
• Oversee integration between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
• Conduct impact assessments for new features, enhancements, and platform updates.
• Ensure optimized system performance, data integrity, security controls, and data governance.
• Support deployment strategies, CI/CD processes, and environment management.
• Serve as a subject matter expert during requirement workshops, design reviews, and solution validation.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.

This role works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to translate requirements into robust architectural designs and ensure the long-term stability of the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Provide technical guidance to development teams, review code, and ensure adherence to design principles and security standards.
